– Attends pre-bidding & bidding conference;
– Assists to identify appropriate companies with whom to form partnership to provide support in the
client’s requirements and qualifications. (Joint Venture Partner);
– Processes, prepares and submits bid documents from bidding up to post qualification;
– Attends review meetings/final document reviews, manages document governance/sign off,
print production and delivery of the completed proposal before bid submission;
– Ensures bids are submitted on time and are as complete and accurate as possible
(all bid documentation must be clear, concise and – crucially – compelling);
– Organizes a filing system for important and confidential company documents relevant to Bidding;
– Coordinates with the Business Development team for review and sign the bid documents; and
– Supports and assists to the Business Development
